THE MUSEUM OF MAKKAH

Since its establishement in 2000, it has become very popular as it’s the only museum where pilgrims may learn and witness some of the history of Musjid al Haram.
It illustrates the development of the Musjid over the years and also houses many artifacts that were in use in the Haram.
Some of the old wooden pillars from the Ka’bah, the buckets from the well of Zam-Zam and many other interesting relics are on display at the exhibition.
